At 23, I was launching missiles in combat zones and reading Mind Gym in the dark. I could do 100 pushups on demand, but I couldn’t name a single feeling in my body. I had medals, trauma, spreadsheets, and zero language for what was going on inside me.
Today, I live on a Tiny Farm in Texas with rescue animals, dirt under my nails, and a deep trust in the quiet data my body shares. I’m raising frameworks, not ladders. Working on my own time, in my own rhythm.
